Booking Policy
Some notes on how I work.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. This reserves your appointment and covers the preparation completed before the consultation.
- After booking, you will receive a health history form by email and an option to email recent bloodwork or pathology, if available.
- For initial consultations, the intake form must be returned at least 24 hours before the appointment so preparation can begin. If it is not returned in time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the usual cancellation terms may still apply.
- You may cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 72 hours before your appointment start time.
- If you cancel 24 to 72 hours before your appointment, 50% of the consultation fee will be retained to cover preparation time. The remaining balance can be refunded or credited toward a future session.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
- Any approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- If the practitioner needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
FAQs
Can overseas clients book?
Yes. Telehealth means sessions can happen internationally, provided the available appointment times work for your timezone and the service is appropriate for your situation.
Do I need to start with an initial consultation?
Usually, yes. If you are new to the practice, the initial consultation creates the context needed to make follow-up work more useful and more individualised.
What happens after I book?
You will receive confirmation by email together with a health history form and an option to email recent bloodwork or pathology if available.
What if I am not sure whether I am the right fit?
Start by reading the articles and services page. If the fit still feels unclear, use the contact page before booking so the first consult is more likely to be useful.
